We’re Dummy Labs. Best known for our up-and-coming charitable NFT project EggHeadz, we represent two ideals: charitable giving and worry-free transactions.

At Dummy labs, we believe in a future where you can truly trust what you see before your eyes on the Internet. We build decentralized smart contract-based projects with the goal of making zero-trust technology not only mainstream but accessible.

In order to show our commitment to decentralization and give back to the community, we are partnering with a charity to create the world’s first and largest automatic donation smart contract. By hard-coding our charitable donation system and making it available for all to see directly on the blockchain, we harness the power of Web 3.0 to not only make an impact but also revolutionize the way deals are done.

Gone are the days of rug-pulls and scam tokens. By harnessing the power of the Blockchain and cryptography, Dummy Labs is committed to cleaning up the decentralized web and ushering in the next generation of decentralized technology.

Dummy Labs is the brainchild of a brilliant team of developers, designers, and marketing professionals with a variety of experiences and skills.

Our community is the core of the Dummy Labs movement, and is moderated extensively to ensure a high degree of quality. By keeping the “Bad Eggs” out, we make sure our community is a thriving forum for all EggHeadz to interact and share ideas.

Our Founder

Clayton Brown is a Blockchain enthusiast who is dedicated to creating a better environment in the NFT community. Having served 6 years in the United States Coast Guard, he has spent the majority of his adult life helping others and is now taking his impact into the blockchain.

Clayton had a vision to create a project that not only brings awareness and change to the numerous scams/rug pulls that happen far too often, but also directly gives back in a meaningful way. He aims to partner with reputable charities to give back in ways that have not yet been seen in the Web3 space thus far.

His goal is to attract people—who may have not ever considered donating—and allow them to contribute to good causes in a more engaging way. Web3.0 is here to stay and Clayton’s here to make it better.

FAQ

What is a NFT?
A Non-Fungible Token, or NFT, is a digital certificate of ownership that exists on a computer network called the Blockchain. NFTs are used to verify ownership and enable decentralized marketplaces to function.
What is a Smart Contract?
A smart contract is a piece of code that runs on a Blockchain computer network. Smart Contracts can be used to execute tasks whenever certain actions happen on the blockchain. When combined with NFT tokens, Smart Contracts are a way to ensure things get done, even when one doesn't trust any of the other parties.
How can I purchase an NFT to support a charity?
By "minting" an NFT, a portion of the proceeds automatically goes into a cryptocurrency wallet owned by the charity. All of this is automatic, all you need to do is connect your wallet and "mint" the NFT, our code takes care of the rest for you. Your NFT will appear in your wallet instantaneously, and you'll be able to interact with your artwork once the reveal date is reached.
Which charity does Dummy Labs support?
Currently, Dummy Labs is searching for a charity partner that supports a cause we can get behind AND has the infrastructure to accept payments in Ethereum. This enables us to make a powerful impact and be 100% transparent in our operations - leaving no opportunity for bad actors.
How do I know that you're really donating proceeds?
We'll be the first to admit that certain other projects have "rug pulled" money and engaged in unscrupulous business practices. However, Dummy Labs uses zero-trust smart contracts that automatically and instantly execute transactions in order to ensure that every party is satisfied. All our smart contracts are visible on the blockchain, and hold all the information one would need to "follow the money" and get a clear picture of what happens to the funds.
